My name is Carlos “aka.Bombolin’is”, until May 2008 a Sous Chef for a major Cruise Line. I am here to help. I have over 26 years of experience in the Food and Hospitality Industry. I Built from scratch, did the electrical, plumbing, Ac work etc. You get the Idea. And decorated all 5 of my Restaurants during 23 years.
I just stared this Blog because I have had a lot of my ex co workers/friends emailing me and requesting help to find ways and answers to their personal questions on how to deal or accomplish certain situations in the work place. SO HERE IT IS.
I am getting some article and notes ready fro the Official launch on my comments and post here for you.
I am sure with your help and request I will also be learning one never stops learning “unless one wants to” that is my belief.
